Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) – Giving a Voice to the Unheard

KVP Populations experience discrimination, poor healthcare, and barriers to life-saving services. Our Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiative is changing that by putting power in the hands of the people directly affected. We train community members to systematically collect data on service quality, human rights violations, and healthcare accessibility. Through this, we document real experiences, expose service gaps, and advocate for necessary reforms. By using evidence-based advocacy, we push healthcare providers, policymakers, and donors to improve service delivery, hold institutions accountable, and ensure our communities receive the dignified care they deserve. The CLM program is not just about data—it’s about demanding change and making sure every voice counts.
