We fight for equal access to healthcare, safety, and economic opportunities through advocacy, leadership, and direct action. From creating safe spaces and economic empowerment programs to challenging discrimination and pushing for policy change, we are on the frontlines of building a Zanzibar where no one is left behind. We are not just a forum—we are a force for change.

To ensure the meaningful engagement of Key and Vulnerable Population (KVP) communities in policy reform and programs designed to improve their health and social well-being through advocacy, capacity building, coordination, and dissemination of HIV and other health-related information.

A well-represented and engaged Key and Vulnerable Population community in Zanzibar, where everyone has equal access to health, rights, and opportunities in a stigma-free and inclusive society.
